Bookings

A booking is a request to reserve a room, tour, or activity. Bookings are reviewed and confirmed by our team before they become binding. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Payments

Once a booking is confirmed, payment is due as described on your booking page. We offer two payment methods:

• Bank of Maldives Connect (BML Connect) — an instant, secure online payment processed directly by Bank of Maldives. By choosing this option you also agree to Bank of Maldives' own terms governing the transaction.
• Bank transfer — a manual transfer verified by our team against the uploaded payment slip.

A booking is only treated as paid once payment has been confirmed by BML Connect or verified by our team for bank transfers.

Delivery of Booking Confirmation

Eridal Travel sells travel services, not physical goods, so there is no shipping involved. Once a booking is confirmed and paid, we "deliver" your booking confirmation and any e-voucher or property/tour/activity details electronically to the email address on your account, normally within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. You can also view your booking status at any time from your account dashboard.

Import, Export & Customs

Our bookings are for accommodation, tours, and activities within the Maldives and do not involve the import or export of physical goods, so no customs duties apply to your purchase. You remain responsible for any visa, immigration, or customs requirements applicable to your own travel to and within the Maldives.

Cancellations & Refunds

Traveler Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all traveler details (names, passport numbers, nationality) provided at booking are accurate and match travel documents, as errors may result in denied boarding or additional charges by the property, airline, or operator.

Limitation of Liability

Eridal Travel acts as an intermediary between you and third-party properties, tour, and activity operators. While we vet our partners, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or service failures by those third parties beyond what is required by Maldivian law.

Keep Your Records

We recommend you retain a copy of your booking confirmation, payment receipt/transaction reference, and these policies for your own records, for as long as your booking remains relevant (e.g. until after your trip, or for any warranty/dispute period).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
